Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Liaising or communicating with employees for their documents
Requirements:
- Open to students who want a part time job or someone who wants training in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open to be mentored into other roles apart from HR
Job Requirements:
- Ideally can meet up once a week at the onset for training if within Metro Manila
- Work is 5 days - Mondays to Fridays
- Work schedule is 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm.
- Can be absorbed if work is done well
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php5,000.00 per month
