Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage the organization's total remuneration system, including salaries, bonuses, stock options, and incentives.
  • Benefits Programs: Design, implement, and administer employee benefits packages, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Market Analysis: Research and analyze market salary and benefit rates using surveys and statistical analysis to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with current federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external partners like insurance brokers, benefits providers, and investment managers.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Data Analysis: Use data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for program improvements.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and senior management to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate compensation data and design effective programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders and explaining complex information.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy in data analysis, program design, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems: Familiarity with HR information systems and payroll distribution.
