Finance Specialist – Taxation & Audit

Work Address: Cainta, Rizal

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist – Taxation & Audit to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring tax compliance, supporting audit processes, and providing financial insights that align with regulatory standards and company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
  • Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to provide reliable tax advice.
  • Conduct internal audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Assist in preparing audit documentation and address auditor inquiries.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for tax and audit efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audit engagements.
  • Support the finance team in tax planning and strategy development.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all tax-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
  • CPA license or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with solid background in taxation and audit.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
