The Role
We're looking for a dynamic Recruitment Team Manager to lead our recruitment team while staying actively involved in sourcing, recruiting, and closing requisitions. This is a player-coach role — you'll manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the team, while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver on critical hires across multiple markets.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with business goals and hiring targets.Partner with leadership and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.Actively manage a portfolio of requisitions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Build, maintain, and present advanced reports, dashboards, and data insights (Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar) to track team performance and hiring metrics.Monitor key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and recommend actions to improve outcomes.Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.Drive process improvements, best practices, and adoption of recruitment tools/technology.Collaborate with Ops, HR, and hiring managers to support seamless onboarding of new hires.

What we expect from you:

5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.Proven track record of hands-on recruiting — from sourcing through to offer acceptance.Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.Experience in BPO, shared services, or global recruitment is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing leadership duties with individual contributor responsibilities.
