The opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager, PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team based in Tondo, Manila City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, and expand existing business

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Provide regular performance updates and analysis to management, identifying areas for improvement and growth

  • Actively participate in sales activities, such as client presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the sales industry

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex customer situations

  • Proficient in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to interpret customer data and identify growth opportunities

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales-related tools

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
