Core Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately inputting financial data from source documents (e.g., receipts, invoices, vouchers) into internal accounting software, databases, and spreadsheets (like Microsoft Excel).
- Record Keeping and Filing: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic client and company financial records to ensure they are updated, easily accessible, and compliant with confidentiality policies.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Support: Assisting with processing invoices, preparing purchase orders, recording payments, tracking expenses, and following up on outstanding balances or payment inquiries from clients and vendors.
- Financial Documentation Support: Helping prepare basic financial documents, reports, and summaries, such as income/expense reports and bank reconciliations, for review by senior accountants or management.
- General Office Administration: Performing general clerical duties such as answering and directing phone calls, managing office correspondence (emails, mail), scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies inventory, and operating office equipment (photocopiers, scanners).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
