Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the PMD in planning and executing business strategies for product development and management.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring products meet organizational goals, compliance standards, and market needs.
  • Foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Define the strategy, roadmap, and feature set for product lines to drive market growth and innovation.
  • Manage teams effectively, assess skills, and provide coaching and mentorship to enhance performance.
  • Utilize data analysis, modeling, and business insights to guide strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior management, bank officers, and marketing teams to align product strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives and consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in banking, electronic payments, or consumer goods industries.
  • In-depth understanding of the electronic payments industry and operational processes.
  • Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end product management projects with measurable business impact.
  • Strong knowledge of business fundamentals, operations, and corporate/business environments.
  • Technical and operational knowledge of banking systems and risk management preferred.
  • Track record of successful product management, including market growth and innovation initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills; able to present strategic ideas to senior management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data modeling.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and cultivate relationships with clients and executives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php200, Php250,000.00 per month
