Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for executing sales strategies and managing all sales activities for assigned client groups, including banks, real estate developers, brokers, geodetic engineers, property appraisers, and law firms. The role focuses on developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, providing solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution – Identify and develop new clients, implement sales plans, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve targets.
  • Client Management – Build and maintain client relationships, act as main contact, and address client needs and concerns.
  • Negotiation & Contracts – Lead negotiations, prepare and review contracts, ensure compliance, and fulfill obligations.
  • Market Analysis – Gather and analyze market data, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Reporting – Track and report sales performance, update CRM records, and submit regular reports.
  • Customer Support – Provide after-sales support, resolve client issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in property or banking.
  • Knowledge of property and land registration, compliance, and legal processes.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and standard office applications.
  • Understanding of market trends and industry practices.
  • Willing to travel and meet clients regularly.
