We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling declogging and maintenance services for a general contractor company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. You will work closely with operations and management teams to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

1. Identify and target potential clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, who require declogging and maintenance services.

2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calls, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

2. Understand client needs and offer tailored maintenance and declogging solutions.

3. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

1. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients.

2. Explain the company's declogging and maintenance services, benefits, and pricing.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

1. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure service agreements.

2. Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Ensure all documentation, agreements, and contracts are processed accurately and on time.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market developments.

2. Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and service enhancements.

Customer Support and Follow-Up:

1. Work with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any service issues.

2. Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to assess customer satisfaction and upsell additional services when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in maintenance, or similar service industries.

Knowledge of declogging and maintenance services, general contractor operations, and project management is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
