About the role

This is a full-time position as a Telco Client Support Specialist based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. You will be providing high-quality technical support and customer service to clients of our telecommunications company, MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
  2. Provide clear and concise explanations to help clients resolve their problems
  3. Log and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution
  5. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the company's products and services
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and troubleshooting procedures

What we're looking for

  1. With or With BPO Experience
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve client issues
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and other IT support tools
  5. Good working knowledge of telecommunications products and services
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
