About the Role
We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our global IT Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and collaborating with diverse teams. You'll play a key part in supporting enterprise systems and improving processes that keep our business running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for end-user devices, applications, and connectivity issues
- Act as Level 2 escalation for complex support requests
- Manage enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM) and Windows Autopilot
- Handle OS imaging, software deployment, and Windows patching
- Support virtual desktop environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware, Amazon Workspaces)
- Assist in incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with global IT teams on upgrades and rollouts
- Contribute to automation projects using PowerShell or similar scripting tools
- Maintain accurate documentation and technical runbooks
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in IT support, infrastructure, or end-user computing
- Strong skills in MECM, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Group Policy, and enterprise patch management
- Experience with virtual desktops and basic scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Familiarity with network fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift aligned with US operations
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft MDA, AZ-900, CompTIA A+/Network+
