About the Role:

The Product Analyst serves as the bridge between clients and our technical teams, ensuring that proposed solutions align with client needs and deliver maximum value. This role focuses on conducting engaging product demonstrations, facilitating client discussions, and providing technical and functional insights during the pre-delivery and implementation stages. The ideal candidate is skilled at explaining complex technology in a way that's clear, relevant, and compelling to a variety of audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for solution presentations and technical discussions with clients.
  • Understand client requirements, business processes, and challenges to align proposed solutions.
  • Build trust and rapport by providing accurate, relevant, and timely information. Conduct tailored, scenario-based product demos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize demonstration environments for specific client use cases.
  • Confidently respond to technical and functional questions during presentations.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with product capabilities.
  • Assist in translating client needs into functional specifications for implementation teams.
  • Provide feedback to product managers on client feature requests and market needs.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and pilot testing with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing technical or solutions role, preferably in IT product delivery
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow established processes.
  • Ability to understand both technical details and business requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with enterprise software or IT platforms.
  • Familiarity with product delivery workflows and implementation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
