Retail Product Analyst - Merchandise

Location: Makati City

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Retail Product Support Analyst to keep our merchandising operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll ensure product data and orders are accurate, updated, and on time—supporting our Merchandising Leaders with the insights and coordination they need to hit targets, manage timelines, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy & Monitoring
  • Upload and track orders in internal systems (e.g., Alpargatas).
  • Monitor order book status, logistics reports, and release schedules to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Maintain order summaries and master files, updating them on schedule.
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies or delays.
  • Operational Support
  • Align operational plans with Merchandising Department Leaders.
  • Generate and monitor MIFs, RFPs, PMFs, and product copy templates.
  • Track and manage collection samples and croquis updates.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to merchandising initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a key communication point between Merchandising Leaders, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and external partners.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to keep merchandising projects on track.
  • Maintain team resource calendars (leave, OBs, availability).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years relevant experience in merchandising support, retail operations, or product data analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/data analysis; familiarity with merchandising systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
