RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather source data and ensure it is accurate and complete for the creation of the Profit & Loss reports.
  • Generate and review the Profit & Loss internally before releasing them to stakeholders.
  • Conduct an analysis of the Profit & Loss reports
  • Ensure that Project Managers review and approve the Profit & Loss on time.
  • Assist Project Managers/Account Delivery Managers/Program Managers with their inquiries and escalations.
  • Ensure that updates made by Project Managers are synced with the relevant tools.
  • Raise labor tracking issues or discrepancies to the PMs.
  • File cost reversals for all approved requests.
  • Coordinate with various Finance SPOCS regarding any expense-related concerns or escalations.
  • Investigate issues impacting the process and liaise with the appropriate point of contact.
  • Communicate process changes to stakeholders through training sessions or email updates.
