With an agile group structure—including a parent company, multiple SPVs, a boutique legal firm, and an internal digital marketing agency—we are reshaping how Australians access and invest in property. Our finance function plays a central role in ensuring clarity, compliance, and control across all business units. We are now seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the Senior Accountant and working closely with management and operational teams.

As our Accountant, you'll support all financial operations across the group, ensuring accurate reporting, strong compliance, and smooth financial processes.
You'll work closely with the Senior Accountant to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency while contributing to system and process improvements that support scale

What You'll Do 

  • Assist with financial management and reporting across multiple entities (main company, SPVs, legal and digital arms)
  • Support BAS, GST, and tax preparation, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly accounts, journals, and general ledger entries
  • Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and receivables
  • Assist with cashflow forecasting and budgeting
  • Support intercompany reconciliations and trust transactions
  • Maintain asset registers, prepayments, and accruals
  • Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and external advisors (ATO, auditors, tax agents)
  • ​Contribute to ongoing system and reporting improvements
Requirements
What You Bring 
We're looking for someone who: 
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Working towards or have completed the CA / CPA qualification
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment (property, finance, or professional services preferred)
  • Solid understanding of GST, BAS, and reconciliations
  • Proficiency with Xero and strong Excel/reporting skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach — comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
