Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate to help drive business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering effective sales solutions. The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and capable of understanding client needs to provide tailored recommendations.

You'll collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to generate leads, close deals, and ensure that company goals and client satisfaction targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company and maintain a comprehensive understanding of its products and services.
  • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of performance.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and customer experience.
  • Experience in technology or IT-related sales is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
