JOB PURPOSE:

The Project Manager will lead the change management strategy and execution for the transition from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, guided by the ADKAR model to ensure successful user adoption and sustained change.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders understand the rationale, benefits, and impact of the migration.
  • Engage leaders and influencers to build commitment and motivation across the organization for embracing GWS.
  • Coordinate training programs, learning resources, and hands-on sessions to equip users with the necessary skills to use GWS effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and troubleshooting to help users apply their knowledge in real work scenarios.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and performance metrics to sustain adoption and prevent regression.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to tailor interventions for different user groups.
  • Collaborate with project, IT, HR, and communications teams to align change activities with technical rollout and organizational goals.
  • Monitor adoption progress and user sentiment through surveys, usage data, and feedback channels.
  • Manage resistance by identifying root causes and implementing targeted mitigation strategies.
  • Report regularly to leadership on change progress, risks, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Master's degree or a professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leading comprehensive change management initiatives, with at least two (2) years specifically focused on digital transformation or platform migration projects.
  • Demonstrated and measurable success in applying the ADKAR framework within enterprise-level change programs.
  • Change Management experience in GWS.
  • Proficiency in a variety of change management tools and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, stakeholder mapping, communication planning, impact assessments).
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret adoption metrics, survey data, and user feedback, translating insights into actionable and measurable change strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills used to generate awareness, build desire, and articulate a clear business case for change across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven facilitation and training capabilities focused on effectively transferring knowledge and building user ability for new processes and technology.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy to proactively identify, manage, and address resistance while supporting the diverse needs of the user base.
  • Strategic thinking paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to navigate complex challenges.
  • Highly collaborative and influential, with the ability to effectively partner with executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
