Project in Charge

Locations: Brgy Putatan Muntinlupa City

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm

Work Setup: Onsite

Benefits: Allowances, food, gas (TBD)

Salary: 30k up (depends to exeperience, negotiable)

"Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

  • Lead project teams, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, and ensure effective resource management.

  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure timely delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety practices, and adherence to plans/specifications.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues.

  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation to management and clients.

  • Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and provide solutions to avoid project delays or cost overruns.

  • Mentor and supervise project staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to company standards." "

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Professional License preferred).

  • 6–10 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

-Proficiency in project management tools and construction-related software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).

-Solid background in cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

-Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

-Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

-Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to handle project challenges under pressure.

-Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

-High attention to detail with strong focus on quality assurance and timely delivery." 1 call of initial interview, 1 face toface for final interview

Prefer Civil Engineering expert in Structural, Finisihing

6-10 years experience
