Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Support Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online channels. You'll provide excellent customer service, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service that meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Clarify customer concerns, identify needs, and use available tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Listen attentively and show empathy while building rapport with customers.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of client products and services.
  • Accurately document and update customer records in the system.
  • Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall performance.
  • Offer additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Retrieve and reference information from call tracking or support databases.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3–6 months of customer service or related experience preferred (BPO experience is a plus).

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and navigation proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a patient, professional attitude.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
