Join our team as part of a dynamic, global team of 40 across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our regional teams to grow an exciting portfolio of Korean brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Needly, Tirtir and other top of trend Korean brands.

We are looking for E-commerce Junior Admin who can commit full time with us to support our online operations across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon and Watsons, etc. This role focuses on product listings, order processing, and data management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Scope:

  • Assist in creating and managing product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online channels; including input product descriptions, uploading images, and setting accurate prices.
  • Process and manage orders from Shopee, LAZADA, Tiktok platforms, WATSON System or other online channels.
  • Ensure accuracy in order entry, including product details, quantities, and other information.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets to track order data and inventory levels.
  • Conduct daily and weekly price checks on various products across multiple e-commerce platforms and markets.
  • Analyze data from Google Sheets to generate reports and insights for the team.
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin and e-commerce tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years previous experience as E-commerce Admin or in E-commerce setting or any related.
  • Familiar with major e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledgeable in Campaigns, Promos, and other marketing strategy in ecommerce is a plus.
