Role:

The Data Center Analyst is responsible for supporting daily data center and

network operations, ensuring stability, security, and availability of production

infrastructure. The role focuses on configuration management, monitoring,

firewall operations, and preventive maintenance

Key Responsibilities

Data Center Operations

  • Perform configuration backup and restoration for ACI, firewalls, routers, andswitches
  • Handle port configurations and basic network changes
  • Create, update, and manage firewall and network security policies
  • Conduct regular log checking and analysis
  • Perform State of Health (SOH) checks on data center devices
  • Support Border Firewall and East-West/Data Center Firewall operations
  • Participate in preventive maintenance and scheduled health checks
  • Monitoring & Documentation
  • Monitor systems and network performance using monitoring tools
  • Create and update tickets and operational documentation
  • Assist in incident response and issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Experience
  • At least 1–3 years experience in Data Center, Network Operations, or IT Infrastructure
  • Experience handling firewalls, routers, and switches

Technical Skills Knowledge of:

  • Data center and network operations
  • Firewall policy creation and management
  • Configuration backup and log analysisx
  • VLAN and port configuration (basic to intermediate)
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE IN PARANAQUE CITY
