Reports Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Preparation and Validation: Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies. Interpret findings to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.

  • Process Improvement and Industry Awareness: Enhance reporting processes and tools. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates with internship experience as a Report/Data Analyst or similar role.

  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and data interpretation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.

  • Familiar with database systems, BI platforms, and data warehousing.
