About the role

As an HR Business Partner at Rising Tide Digital, Inc.', you will play a key role in supporting the overall HR function for our dynamic and growing organization. Based in our Makati City Metro Manila office, this full-time position will see you working closely with the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing support across all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
  2. Collaborating with managers to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Maintaining employee records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  4. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  5. Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, such as those set by the Department of Labour and Employment (DOLE)
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  7. Offering guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  3. 4 years of relevant experience in human resources particularly in Labour Law, including DOLE representation, employee relations, administrative cases, labour compliance, and disciplinary proceedings
  4. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws, particularly DOLE regulations
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  6. Proficient in data management and HR information systems
  7. Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
