About the role
As an HR Business Partner at Rising Tide Digital, Inc.', you will play a key role in supporting the overall HR function for our dynamic and growing organization. Based in our Makati City Metro Manila office, this full-time position will see you working closely with the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations and compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Providing support across all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Collaborating with managers to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintaining employee records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, such as those set by the Department of Labour and Employment (DOLE)
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Offering guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- 4 years of relevant experience in human resources particularly in Labour Law, including DOLE representation, employee relations, administrative cases, labour compliance, and disciplinary proceedings
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws, particularly DOLE regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient in data management and HR information systems
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
