Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

  1. Candidates must be a graduate of Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or any related course;
  2. At least 1 year of related experience in quality management software and processes, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Work experience in any database related projects like SQL is an advantage;
  3. Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solutions being tested and creation of clear, concise and detailed test plan cases;
  4. Proficient in English language and good written communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan;
  2. Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issue immediately to manager;
  3. Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements;
  4. Perform data maintenance as identified in the assigned tasks and requests sent by the different departments;
  5. Create system documentation, functional and user manuals and other technical reports;
  6. Partner with the developers to ensure all areas of the application are fully tested and issues are clearly logged and prioritized consistently;
  7. Participate in developer integration, and acceptance testing of all applications;
  8. Certify software functionality for new product releases.
