About the Role

Join our Service Solutions and Quality Control team as a
Service Quality Assurance Analyst
. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who want to build expertise in software quality assurance and testing within a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop test scripts aligned with system functionalities and business requirements.
  • Perform acceptance testing and ensure defined metrics are achieved.
  • Report defects, errors, or issues encountered and track their resolution.
  • Provide timely responses to system/process inquiries or clarifications within the warranty period; conduct walkthroughs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards and recommend process improvements.

Required Competencies

  • Test Management (Planning, Analysis, and Execution)
  • Technical Writing
  • Software Quality Assurance and Control
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in QA processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to
    Agile methodology
  • Experience or interest in test automation tools and frameworks
  • Certifications such as
    ISTQB
    or
    Six Sigma
    (advantage)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Foundational experience or training in:
  • Project Management
  • OSS/BSS/Platforms
  • Test Management
  • Data Analysis
  • ITIL/ITSM Framework
  • Effective Business Communication
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant training may be considered, though prior work experience is preferred.
