Software Deployment Intern

Location: Makati City

Duration: 300 Hours

Allowance: 300/Day

About the Role:

In this role, you will help plan and support the setup and deployment of kiosks and machines. You'll work with different teams to prepare sites, keep track of equipment, and make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to learn how deployment projects are done and gain real work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Deployment Tracker

  • Keep the deployment tracker up-to-date by recording all machine activities, including deployments, removals, swaps, and redeployments.
  • Ensure the data is accurate and complete to facilitate smooth operations and dependable reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Asset Management and APU to confirm and promptly update information.

Dashboard Development for Databases

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards that clearly display deployment information such as machine status, locations, and timelines.
  • Combine data from various sources into a single, easy-to-use reporting tool.
  • Keep dashboards updated regularly to meet management's needs for accurate reporting and informed decision-making.

Documentation and Reporting Assistance

  • Help prepare and organize weekly and monthly deployment reports for both internal teams and management.
  • Record deployment procedures, schedules, and any issues encountered to support future process improvements.
  • Assist in creating standardized reporting templates to improve consistency and efficiency.

Internal Coordination and Communication

  • Work closely with the Deployment Unit to schedule activities and coordinate requirements with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Provide clear and timely communication updates to ensure everyone stays informed and operations run without delays.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly reports on machine movements (deployment, removal, swapping, redeployment) for team alignment and review meetings.
