Job Title: Deployment Intern

Location: Makati City

Start Date: October 15, 2025

About the Role:

The Deployment Unit Intern will provide support in the planning, coordination, and

execution of kiosk/machine deployment projects. The role involves assisting in site

preparation, documentation, asset tracking, and coordination with internal teams and

external partners to ensure smooth deployment and operational readiness. This

internship offers hands-on exposure to project implementation, kiosk production

management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Internal Deployment Tracker

  2. Maintain and consistently update the tracker to reflect all machine movements (deployment, pull-out, swapping, and redeployment).

  3. Verify accuracy and completeness of data to support smooth operation and reliable reporting.

  4. Coordinate with internal teams (Asset Management and APU) to validate updates in a timely manner.

  5. Dashboard Creation for Databases

  6. Design and develop interactive dashboards that provide clear visibility of deployment-related data such as machine status, locations, and schedules.

  7. Consolidate inputs from multiple sources to create a centralized and user-friendly reporting tool.

  8. Regularly update dashboards to ensure alignment with management's reporting needs and decision-making processes.

  9. Documentation and Reporting Support

  10. Assist in preparing and organizing weekly and monthly deployment reports for both internal and management use.

  11. Document deployment processes, timelines, and identified issues to serve as references for future improvements.

  12. Support the development of standardized templates for reporting to enhance consistency and efficiency.

  13. Internal Coordination and Communication

  14. Collaborate with the Deployment Unit in scheduling and aligning requirements with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

  15. Provide timely and precise communication updates to keep teams aligned and avoid operational delays.
  16. Prepare and maintain a weekly machine movement report deck (deployment, pull-out, swapping, redeployment) for internal alignment and review meetings.

Job Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, or related field.

  2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  3. Basic knowledge of risk management, security, or operations is an advantage.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  5. Good communication and documentation skills.

  6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

  7. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
