About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with a background in Information Technology or relevant experience. This role will involve system administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams to maintain secure and efficient technology services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software support for end-users.
• Maintain and configure applications and systems to meet business needs.
• Contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
• Manage and resolve tickets.
• Conduct post-incident analyses and document findings.
• Support escalated issues from end-users.
• Respond to system alerts and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Evaluate technology solutions and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Security team on policy development.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

• Experienced in Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experienced with device management and policy deployment.
• Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management tools.
• Ability to drive successful deployments through effective planning and execution.
• Familiarity with scripting, security tools, and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to create technical documentation.
• Good understanding of networking and cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant experience in system administration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
• Availability for on-call support.
