We manufacture and sell Zenutrients, a natural and plant-powered hair care brand that provides health-oriented beauty lovers with products that care for them at their roots. Our 2 lines, Gugo and Curls, provide solution-focused, effective hair care products for hairfall and curly hair care. We are present in national retailers such as Watson's and Robinson's as well as online through TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

  • Chronically online (literally spending hours on TikTok and Reels)
  • Naturally funny and unafraid to show it; your humor makes content feel human and relatable
  • Quick to spot trends and provide fresh thumb-stopping ideas for content
  • Shot, edited, and created short form videos for yourself or others
  • Open, expressive, and unafraid to share your own experiences through content that feels real
  • Love engaging with social media communities and content
  • Resourceful with basic video shooting and editing on mobile apps
  • Looking to learn and gain hands-on experience in content strategy
  • Able to thrive in a highly collaborative working environment

Required
:

  • Skill, experience, and proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, and video editing apps (e.g., Capcut),
  • Ability to create engaging short-form videos and contribute to content ideation
  • Well-versed with social media engagement (replying to comments, commenting on posts)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.

Bonus:
You are concerned about hairfall and is interested in scalp care. Previous coursework or experience related to social media, content creation, or digital marketing

You can expect to be accountable for the following:

  • Content Creation:
  • Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos for various platforms including but not limited to: TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Upload, schedule, and publish content according to timelines.
  • Collaborate with the content team on content strategies, campaign themes, and visuals
  • Social Media Engagement:
  • Reply to comments on Gugo by Zenutrients' social media posts to foster engagement and community interaction based on brand essence
  • Comment on content with topics relevant to our brands to increase visibility and engagement
  • Execution & Accountability
  • Meet assigned weekly content volume quotas
  • Pass regular engagement spot checks for complete and right execution
  • Submit and upload content within deadlines
  • Participate in weekly strategic huddles, and daily morning huddles

Work setup and expectations

  • Contractual - with renewal based on performance
  • Report to office in Sucat, Paranaque on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Balance days are remote work
  • 9am start, end time is flexible. Must attend all required meetings (within 9-6pm)
  • Punctuality with deadlines, projects, and meetings
  • Start date: ASAP
