We are seeking a proactive and analytically-minded
Content Writer for Marketing
to independently drive our content initiatives and optimize their performance. This role is responsible for not only executing high-quality writing but also for contributing strategically to lead generation goals and reporting on the ROI of content campaigns. The ideal candidate has
3–5 years of professional experience
and is ready to own significant content projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Content Execution & Brand Voice

  2. Independent Development:
    Conceive, write, edit, and manage the production of a wide range of high-value marketing assets (e.g., in-depth blog posts, white papers, case studies, long-form guides, and landing page copy) to support specific campaign objectives.

  3. SEO Mastery:
    Conduct comprehensive keyword and topic research, and be responsible for the full SEO optimization of all content, including technical on-page elements and internal linking strategies.
  4. Content Governance:
    Maintain the editorial calendar and ensure consistent adherence to brand messaging, tone, and legal compliance across all platforms.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Design, Product, and Sales teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals and product initiatives.

  6. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  7. Data Reporting:
    Utilize marketing analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and lead quality.

  8. A/B Testing:
    Design and execute tests on content elements (e.g., headlines, CTAs, visuals) to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.

  9. Funnel Mapping:
    Strategically map content to specific stages of the customer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Decision) to maximize lead nurturing and progression.

  10. Campaign Support

  11. Copywriting:
    Write compelling, high-converting copy for email sequences, advertising campaigns (PPC and social), and general outreach.

  12. Audience Segmentation:
    Develop content tailored to distinct audience segments and personas to increase relevance and engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years
    of professional experience in a dedicated content writing or content marketing role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating proven success in writing for different formats and audience segments.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in
    SEO principles
    and working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform content strategy and measure ROI.

Preferred

  • Certification or proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience mentoring junior writers or managing freelance contributors.
  • A foundational understanding of basic graphic design principles or tools.
