POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing online marketing campaigns, creating content, monitoring analytics, and managing social media platforms. This role helps ensure brand consistency, timely campaign execution, and effective communication across all digital channels.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Content Management

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing posts across various social media platforms
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments
  • Help in producing basic graphics, short videos, and marketing visuals

Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist in implementing email marketing campaigns, including content drafting and scheduling
  • Support the execution of paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram) by coordinating creatives and tracking performance
  • Research trends and competitor activities to improve campaign effectiveness

Website & SEO Support

  • Help update website content, product descriptions, and blog articles
  • Conduct keyword research and basic SEO optimization tasks
  • Monitor website traffic and assist in reporting performance metrics

Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data from marketing campaigns
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
  • Provide recommendations for improving engagement and conversion rates

General Marketing Support

  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign schedules
  • Coordinate with external suppliers or agencies for marketing materials
  • Support event planning and online promotional activities
