Digital Marketing Assistant Job Opportunity

Job Description:

As a digital marketing assistant, you will play a key role in creating and executing our online presence. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and conversions across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Write compelling captions and descriptions for social media posts, real estate listings, promotions, and announcements
  • Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community through comments, messages, and post interactions
  • Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the website, including property listings and blog content
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong writing skills and ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand social media captions
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance tracking tools is an advantage
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
