Work Arrangement:

  • Days 1–30: 100% Onsite
  • Days 31–60: 4 days Onsite / 1 day Work From Home
  • Days 61–90: 3 days Onsite / 2 days Work From Home

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to identify and attract qualified candidates for light-industrial and hospitality positions. You will build and maintain a talent pipeline, support recruitment teams, and help ensure timely, quality hires for our clients in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs for light-industrial (e.g. manufacturing, warehousing, production) and hospitality (e.g. hotel, food service, customer-facing) roles.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels — job boards, social media, referral networks, and other databases — to identify active and passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes/applications, conduct initial phone or video pre-screens, and assess candidate fit against job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database or talent pool to support immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Communicate with candidates: outreach, follow-up, scheduling interviews (in coordination with recruiters or hiring managers), and provide candidate support throughout the sourcing process.
  • Track sourcing metrics (e.g. source-of-hire, time-to-fill), maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM, and report sourcing activity to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills; must be articulate, confident, and professional.
  • Experience engaging with senior-level professionals is a plus.
  • Minimal or neutral accent preferred for ease of communication.
  • Energetic, engaging, and resilient—comfortable with high-volume calling.
  • Experience in sourcing, recruiting is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
