Job Description:

Softlink Construction and Development, Inc. is looking for an experienced and reliable Electrical Engineering Head to lead and manage our electrical engineering operations. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with standards, and supervise the electrical team from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and supervise the Electrical Engineering team
  • Plan, review, and approve electrical designs, drawings, and technical plans
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), safety standards, and company policies
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other departments
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
  • Prepare technical reports, project updates, and documentation
  • Ensure quality control and proper implementation of electrical works

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC Registered)
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or electrical projects
  • With leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, substations, power distribution, and construction standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software
