  • Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project documentation, including creating and maintaining comprehensive project files, logs, and reports.


• Collaborate with sub-contractors, site engineers, and technicians to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, documenting both the troubleshooting process and solutions


• Process subcontractor billings, including verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and coordinating with relevant departments for timely payment.


• Utilize project trackers and reports to manage and monitor maintenance activities, enhancing efficiency and reducing administrative workload.


• Conduct daily project monitoring, generate detailed inspection reports, and initiate timely repairs as required.


• Communicate clearly and cooperatively with maintenance teams to support the timely completion of assigned tasks.

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering or a related field
  2. Familiarity with telecommunications technologies, networks, and equipment
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
