Role Overview

The Senior Systems Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing applications used across the Supply Chain organization. This role requires strong backend and frontend development capabilities, a passion for automation, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

You will also lead key technical activities including deployments, documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization. A strong technical foundation, proactive problem-solving, and high attention to detail are essential for success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance applications for the Supply Chain organization, including automation tools, data management systems, and reporting dashboards with custom UIs.
  • Conduct solution testing, prepare user training materials, and support deployment readiness.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation to support collaboration, knowledge transfer, and long-term system maintenance.
  • Coordinate and execute deployment activities; monitor application performance and resolve post-release issues.
  • Maintain and improve existing Supply Chain applications to support ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Troubleshoot reported issues, implement timely fixes, and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Review and refactor code to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operational and development processes.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand workflows, gather business requirements, and identify enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI.
