Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AIA Life Planner located in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. The AIA Life Planner will be responsible for providing insurance solutions by understanding clients' needs, engaging in sales and marketing activities to promote AIA's products and services, and assisting clients with their general insurance needs. The planner will also focus on building long-term relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales a plus, but not required
  • Strong drive for success and willingness to learn and undergo training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a client-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, BS Math or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in financial planning or life insurance is a plus
  • Can adapt to technology and digital platforms used by the company
  • Must be between 23-40 years old
