Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying and securing appropriate insurance products, generating personalized financial solutions, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily activities will include consulting with existing and potential clients, preparing plans customized to their goals, and ensuring timely processing of insurance policies. The role emphasizes a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
  • Knowledge or experience in Finance and Insurance products
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid workflow
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
