Job description

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in construction fit-out and architectural works.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in project management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
