  • Verifies overall compliance to quality plan covering the following processes: material acceptance and storage, dispatch and other related activities
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on matter related to Sucat Warehouse Operations
  • Acts as auditee during client audits
  • Ensure compliance to client requirements other than delivery requirements including advance samples and 3rd party tests
  • Prepares reports of raw material and product non-conformity, customer complaints and incidents related on food safety, incidents of product contamination and/or unsafe production of food
  • Perform root cause analysis and create pattern to identify frequently occurring defects, recommends corrective action that should be done for every product non-conformity
  • Reviews Certificate of Analysis of the Outgoing Finished Goods. Reviews and evaluates monitoring forms. Prepare disposal reports
  • Coordinate for traceability and mock recall activities
  • Revises and creates SSOP/SOP and forms for Quality Assurance
  • Conducts annual training on Good Warehousing Practices
  • Daily inspection of the cleanliness of the warehouse area and premises
  • Implements management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the QA/QC Manager
  • Performs projects as instructed by the management.
  • Willing to be assigned to Sucat, Parañaque.
