Media Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented Media Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand standards. This role oversees the full production process—managing photo and video shoots, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all media assets meet brand, quality, and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with technical expertise and team leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end media production for photo and video content, including planning, shooting, editing, and final output.
- Lead the creation of high-quality visual materials for products, campaigns, contents, events, and internal communication.
- Ensure consistent brand visual style across all media outputs.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into compelling visual assets.
- Manage and maintain studio operations, including equipment, lighting setups, backdrops, and props.
- Supervise media file organization, archiving, and asset management systems for efficient internal access.
- Oversee media preparation for use across social media, websites, print materials, and advertising platforms.
- Lead creative development for campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and new media concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to elevate the quality and efficiency of media production.
- Ensure all photography and video assets adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Provide guidance to junior creatives or external collaborators when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in media production, photography, and videography (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, audio equipment, and production tools.
- knowledgeable in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong sense of composition, narrative flow, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to interpret and execute brand vision effectively.
- Experience in model, lifestyle, product, or commercial media production is a plus.
