  • Ensure consistent supply of high-quality raw materials and ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, monitoring performance and compliance with contracts.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks to recommend cost-saving strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to align purchasing with business needs.
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with warehouse/production teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement and uphold food safety standards and regulatory compliance in all procurement activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
