Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 20+hrs per week; Flexible but hours within Brisbane time 9-5pm
Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Brisbane)

Scope:
  • Potential for ongoing work on additional projects upon successful completion or move to fulltime
  • Direct collaboration with project manager on task execution
  • Opportunity to work on multiple concurrent complex development projects
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement features for a real estate CRM system using
  • Execute development tasks under project management guidance
  • Build complex web applications that go beyond basic marketing sites
  • Deliver high-quality code that meets client specifications and timelines
  • Participate in project planning and technical discussions
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in framework
  • Experience with complex web application development
  • Background in CRM system development preferred
  • Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices
