The Key Accounts Representative is responsible for managing, developing, and growing the business with dispensing doctors and eye centers. The role includes negotiations, collections, and account management, ensuring the timely delivery of products or services, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage, develop, and strengthen relationships with dispensing doctors and eye centers to drive business growth.

· Identify opportunities to expand product usage and increase account revenue.

· Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.

· Oversee collections to ensure timely payments and proper account reconciliation.

· Handle day-to-day account management, including addressing client inquiries and concerns.

· Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products and services to all assigned accounts.

· Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for account growth and retention.
