Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support HR, Accounting, or Admin functions when needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications and deliveries.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office area.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • With or without experience (training will be provided).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
