Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory of office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support HR, Accounting, or Admin functions when needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications and deliveries.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office area.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field (preferred but not required).
- With or without experience (training will be provided).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
