  • Oversee project costing, progress billings, and monitoring of project expenses and budgets

  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Support management with financial analysis, forecasts, and budget planning for construction projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
  • Witrh relevant accounting experience, including managerial or supervisory role
  • Background in construction or engineering industry accounting is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of cost accounting, project billing, and progress monitoring
  • Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
