Responsibilities:

  • Acts as petty cash custodian responsible for reconciliation of petty cash fund balance, liquidation, replenishment report and accuracy of petty cash/revolving fund.
  • Regularly update the sales report based on the event dockets from sales.
  • In-charge of the computation, request, encashment of semi-monthly payroll, 13th month pay, allowances and service charge then disburse cash to employees.
  • Prepare, extract and request payment of government remittances such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and loan payments, deductions, and report.
  • Monitoring of Off credit, leave of setting and leave credits of employees
  • Process invoices and Statement of account (SOA) and requisition of payment for Construction suppliers.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of current and archived financial records and filing of deposit slips of all cash and cheque deposited to Veranda at Bella Rosa Gardens OPC account.
  • Manage record of withdrawals and receipt for Veranda at Bella Rosa Gardens OPC's bank accounts.
  • Collect, receive and deposit of Client payments.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Other related tasks may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
  • 1-3 years' of experience working in Accounting
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications particularly on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player and can work gracefully even under pressure
