Job Description:

  • Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products or services.
  • Creating strategies to sell products or services based on customer needs.
  • Maintaining and updating sales records and customer information.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Presenting and demonstrating product offerings to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Representative or in another sales role.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Assertiveness and confidence.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Electrical Engineering field is a plus
