JOB SUMMARY:

Person to act as Marketing Department's admin assistant.

Provides full assistance in the daily needs and requirements of the Corporate Marketing Division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides assistance in coordinating, implementing, monitoring and reporting of various activities and initiatives of the Marketing Department which includes the following:

  • Assist in maintaining department records such confidential/sensitive files.
  • Schedules department meeting, books the venue, preparing materials, food and refreshments.
  • Coordinate and organizes department related events
  • Assist in making travel arrangement for the team such coordination with travel agency, making hotel reservation
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support such as:

o Liquidation of cash advances

o Prepare Request for Check Payment for suppliers

o Assist during Mancom meetings

o Performs standard office procedures such as screening phone calls, inquiries and emails and sorting of fax message

  • Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

o Managing of executive calendar and scheduling of meetings

o Preparation of necessary presentation reports.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Education

o Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Information Technology, Advertising, Mass Communication or related course from reputable universities.

  • Experience/Expertise

o At least one (1) year of related work experience

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and assertive
  • Systematic, organized and keen on details
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other graphics program)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
