I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inside Office Duties

  1. Check emails of Pick Ticket/Transfer Slip of daily delivery/pick –up/transfer of Raw Materials from SK Plastic office.

  2. Performs clerical duties such as data entry in RM Inventory Program, answering phone Telephone/Radio Calls and filing of the reproduced copy of DR, transmittal slip, report, etc.

  3. Person in-charge in preparing Delivery Receipt, Return Slip and Certificate of Analysis for every incoming/outgoing RM.

  4. Maintain and update incoming and outgoing summary report of raw materials.

  5. In-charge in making petty cash report for petty cash used in RM deliveries.

  6. Coordinate inventory/stocks of Raw Materials in the warehouse.

  7. Coordinate any concerns on RM deliveries for customer or factory from SK plastic (main office).

Outside Office Duties

  1. Check all the documents (container no. , seal no. , driver and plate no. , time start and end, no. of goods, no. of BO and date received) and process incoming local or imported material.

  2. Performs physical or actual count of raw materials every weekend that will be sent to the main office through e-mail.

  3. Perform weekly inventory monitoring.

  4. Reconcile any inventory discrepancies.

  5. Supervise the arrangement of Raw Materials according to product grade and lot numbers in warehouse.

  6. Inspect and prepare BO Incident Report of raw materials.

  7. Handle personnel attendance, overtime and schedule under warehouse department.

  8. Check every loading and unloading of RM (for customer/factory delivery/incoming RM).

  9. Other duties as maybe assigned by immediate head from time-to-time.

Education

  • Graduate of any 4 year Course with relevant years of experience with the same capacity/experience in inventory/warehousing functions.

EXPERIENCE

  • With at least one (1) year experience as Inventory Staff or same capacity.
  • Experienced in handling people in warehouse functions like supplies inventory and loading and unloading of products.

  • Computer Literate (knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Has a strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of integrity and dedication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
